Charlie Harper Day: We are honoring the life of long-time RAGBRAI bike shop owner Charlie Harper who passed away in 2021. Charlie was a fixture on RAGBRAI since its inception in 1973. His family still runs Harpers Cycling and Fitness. They will be handling bike repairs along the route and selling retail in the overnight towns on this year’s route
